National Register data¶
Qualification and unit of competency data displayed on RTOpacks is sourced from the National Register of VET at training.gov.au, which is operated by the Australian Government Department of Employment and Workplace Relations.
National Register data is published under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0). This licence permits sharing and adaptation of the data provided attribution is given. RTOpacks displays this data in accordance with the CC BY 4.0 licence terms.

Unit of competency titles and descriptors are reproduced verbatim from the National Register. RTOpacks does not modify, summarise, or paraphrase official unit descriptors.
Government data sources¶
Data displayed in the Recon Panel is sourced from the following Australian government datasets and is reproduced for the purpose of providing market intelligence to registered training organisations. Each source is attributed in the AI Transparency Statement. Full attribution, data currency notes, and applicable statutory disclaimers for each source are published at the AI Transparency Statement.
