Terms of Use¶
RTOpacks is operated by United Central Colleges of Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 59 168 872 535) of PO Box 5377, Stafford Heights QLD 4053, Australia ("RTOpacks", "we", "us").
By accessing or using the RTOpacks platform at rtopacks.com.au, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
1. The service¶
RTOpacks provides curriculum infrastructure tools for registered training organisations (RTOs) in Australia, including qualification and unit intelligence, content production assistance, compliance documentation, and related features.
The platform is intended for use by RTO professionals — managers, trainers, assessors, and curriculum designers operating within Australia's vocational education and training (VET) sector.
2. Accounts and access¶
You must create an account to access the platform's features. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must notify us immediately at compliance@rtopacks.com.au if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
Accounts are for use by a single individual. You must not share account credentials with other people. Organisation subscriptions may include multiple seats — each seat is for a named individual.
3. Acceptable use¶
You agree to use RTOpacks only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not:
- Use the platform to produce content you know to be false, misleading, or non-compliant with the Standards for RTOs 2025
- Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with the platform's security features or access controls
- Reverse engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the platform's proprietary technology
- Use the platform in a way that violates any applicable Australian law or regulation
- Attempt to access data belonging to other RTOpacks users
4. Content you produce¶
Resources produced through RTOpacks — including training and assessment materials, observation checklists, and delivery guides — are your property. RTOpacks does not claim ownership of content you produce using the platform.
You retain full responsibility for reviewing, approving, and ensuring the suitability of any content before use in your training operations. RTOpacks provides drafting assistance — the human author remains responsible for the final content.
RTOpacks does not use your content to train, fine-tune, or improve its AI systems or any underlying model. See our AI Transparency Statement for full details.
5. Platform content and data¶
National Register data displayed on RTOpacks is sourced from training.gov.au and published under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 (CC BY 4.0). Graduate outcome data is sourced from Jobs and Skills Australia and NCVER. See the AI Transparency Statement for full source attribution and limitations.
The RTOpacks platform itself — including its design, code, proprietary algorithms, and documentation — is the intellectual property of United Central Colleges of Australia Pty Ltd. You must not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from platform content without written permission.
6. Subscriptions and payment¶
Subscription terms, pricing, and billing are detailed at the time of purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe. RTOpacks does not store payment card data.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are overdue for payment, in violation of these terms, or being used fraudulently.
7. Availability¶
RTOpacks aims for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where practicable. We are not liable for losses arising from service unavailability.
8. Limitation of liability¶
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, RTOpacks is not liable for:
- Errors or inaccuracies in AI-assisted content produced through the platform
- Compliance outcomes arising from your use of platform-produced resources
- Indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the platform
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
9. Governing law¶
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
10. Changes to these terms¶
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision. Registered users will be notified of material changes by email. Continued use of the platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
